My daughter calls me tonight stating that UDS delivered a package to our home, "between the 2 doors" on, I believe, 11/30/16. I look between the 2 doors and of course there's nothing there because I always lock the outside storm door.

In the middle of the snowstorm we are having right now, and never mind that I have been sick with bronchitis for the last week, I decide maybe I better go look for it before another 6 inches falls. I bundle up and head outside with a flashlight. After about 10 minutes of kicking snow and ice around, I unearth a blue Gap bag in my flower bed! This is after I had previously called UDS for delivering a package to this same side entrance door and I found it laying in a puddle.

I have a very large front porch, which is covered and protected from the elements. The side porch is not protected and gets a lot of gusty wind, rain, snow, etc. I told the UDS representative, when I previously called to complain, to tell the delivery person to only deliver to the front porch. I felt at that time like she understood my frustration and the issue would be resolved.

NOPE! I personally will never order anything from any business that uses this service ever again, and I have strongly advised my daughter to do the same!!!

One picture is where I found it buried in the snow, the other is 1/2 hour later, it still has ice on it! If the envelope would have been white, I don't think I would have found it.
