Track Shipment says 2 packages were delivered yesterday, and that 1 was delivered to "back door" and the other is "in garage." I DON'T HAVE A GARAGE. And the tracking information says they were both were delivered at the same time by the same driver.
I did receive the one package, but not the one that the driver supposedly put in the nonexistent garage.
Called company, waited 30 minutes for an actual person to answer, and they told me the package was delivered and that "the driver mismarked where it was delivered to." In fact, he "mismarked"that is, lied aboutwhere both packages were left, which was OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR, and then tried to pretend he walked around to the back where the packages wouldn't get stolen. Company gave no information about how I could file a claim.
